Research on the Influencing Factors of Core Digital Economy Enterprises in Developint New Quality Productive Forces:A Configurational Analysis Based on fsQCA Method

Abstract:As a crucial initiative for advancing high-quality development and modernization,new quality productive forces rely heavilyon core digital economy enterprisesas key carriers for their development.Basedon the TOE(Technology-Organization-Environment)framework and integrated with the characteristics of core digital economy enterprisesactivities,this paper proposes an integrated analytical framework to understand how core digital economy enterprises drive the development of new-quality productive forces.Furthermore, fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fsQCA)is employed to conduct configurational analysis on 36 cases of core digital economy enterprises.The research findings are as follows:There are five pathways drivingthedevelopment of high new quality productive forces,namely:technology-driven with organizational support,technology-driven,technology-environment internal-external linkage with organizational support, technology-environment balanced,and technology-environment internal-external linkage with organizational scale-driven.Theconclusions of this studyare conducive todeepening the rational understanding of the nature of complex interactions among multiple factors behind the development of China's new quality productive forces and provide valuable practical implications for the advancement of new-quality productive forces.
