数智化转型、平台生态嵌入对高端装备制造业企业突破式创新的影响研究：组织韧性的调节作用

Abstract：The high-end equipment manufacturing industry，as the core support for building a strong manufacturing country，has a breakthrough innovation capability that is related to the security of the industrial chain and international competitiveness.Based on the questionnaire survey data of Chinese high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises，this study empirically analyzes the impact mechanism of digitaland intelligent transformation and platform ecosystem embedding on enterprises'radical innovation，with a focus on examining the moderating role of organizational resilience and the mediating role of platform ecosystem embedding.The results show that：digital and intelligent transformation has a significant positive impact on radical innovation；platform ecosystem embedding has a significant positive impact on radical innovation and plays a partial mediating role between digital and intelligent transformation and radical innovation；organizational resilience positively moderates the relationship between digital and inteligent transformation and radical innovation.The research results not only reveal the internal path of digital and intelligent transformation empowering radical innovation through platform ecosystem embedding and organizational resilience moderation，but also provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises to enhance radical innovation capabilities.
