Analysis on the trade efficiency of crop seeds based on security perspective

Abstract：TheDEAmodelwasusedtomeasurethetradefciencyofChina’scropseedsfrom2011to2O21，andthesedindustrysecuritylevelwasevaluatedbytheeficiencyvalue.TheresultsshowedthatChina’scropseedindustrywasgenerallinaninsecure statewithatendencyoffurtherdeterioration.Themainreasonswereasfolows：theimportvolumeofChina’scropsedshadcreased yearbyyear，leading toahighdegreeofexteraldependenceonseeds；meanhile，thereexistedproblemssuchashighconcentration of importmarketsandweaktradecompetitiveness.Accordingly，somepolicymeasuresincludingpromotingthemergerandreorganizationofeedenterprises，onstructingdivesifdsedimportpaeandehancingthtchologicalinovationcapabilityofthe seed industry were proposed，so as to safeguard the security of China’s crop seed industry.
