Abstract:Avibacterimparagallnarumcausesinfectiouscorya,whichleadstodecreasedeggproductioninlayersandgrowthretar dationnbroilersesultingisignificanteconomiclosestotepoultryindustry.Withtheemergeneofulidrugresistanceandthe implementatioofantibiotic-estrictionplicies,tereisanurgentdtodevelogrenndfectiventibioticalterativ.Forst iasuspensa( F .suspensa)possessesanti-inflammatoryandanti-infective properties.Thecontentofforsythinintheaqueous extractof F .suspensawasdeterminedusing High-performanceliquidchromatography(HPLC).Theantibacterialeffectsoftheextractagainst Apgwereevaated,nudngitsipactonacteralgrowthiofiationesionndvasioncpabilis,hbeli narily elucidating itsantibacterial mechanism.Theresultsshowed thatthe forsythincontentinthe aqueous extract was (1.67±0.03)% : Theminimuminhibitoryconcentration(MIC)andMinimumbactericidalconcentration(MBC)oftheextractagainstApg wereboth 7.81mg/mL .Theextractsignificantlyinhibitedbacterial growth,biofilmformation,andadesion-invasioncapabilities inadose-dependent manner.These findings demonstrated that the aqueous extract of F .suspensa exhibited potentinhibitory effectsagainst Apg in vitro,providing a potential strategy for developing eco-friendly agents to control Apg infections.

副鸡禽杆菌(Avibacteriumparagallinarum)隶属巴氏杆菌科禽杆菌属,可引起鸡急性上呼吸道感染[1]。(剩余9614字)
