Abstract：Taking theUTokyoDigitalArchives Projectasitssubject.Through theinvestigationandanalysisof elevant texts and websites published by the project， it reveals the fundamental aspects of the project construction， summarizesits main characteristics，and drawsimplications for China's digitalarchival resourcedevelopment from three perspectives： archival resource integration，expanding the boundaries of archival services，and adopting a knowledge-sharingorientation.
