Abstract：The international communication of archival heritage isanimportant partof promoting mutual learningof civiliztionandresponding tothenationalculturaldevelopment strategy.However，itiscurrentlyfacing structural challenges such as significant cultural discounts，single communication channels，and shalow application of technology.As an emerging media form， the'micro-drama + ' model provides an innovative solution to break through theabove dificulties with theadvantages oflightweight narrative，cross-cultural translationand technological empowerment.Based on the theory of cultural translation and the framework of media adaptation，this paper systematically explains the internal mechanism of micro-drama's empowermentand communication through three strategies：network-basednarativecross-culturalperspectiveandscene-basedexperience，revealsitscuturallogic atthreelevels ：internationalrecognitionof historicaltruth，emotionalresonance acrosscivlizations，anddigital-driven inovationandinheritance，and constructsa three-dimensional practical pathof'profesional content productiontechnology empowerment communication-international cooperation evaluation'.It aims to enrich the theoretical systemofinternational communication of archival documentary heritage，break cultural barrers andenhance the international influence of archival documentary heritage.
