Abstract:The development of new qualityproductivity urgently requires the release of the value of data elements. As akey strategic resource,the lack of value contribution evaluation of archival data hinders the release of data element value.Conducting value contribution evaluation is a prerequisite and key lever for accurately serving new quality productivity and achieving effective transformation in archival work.Byanalyzing the current situation of archive data element management,avalue contribution evaluation framework forarchivedata oriented towards newquaity productivityis constructed todrivevalue release and work transformation.By promoting "construction " through evaluation,strengthen the basic support of archival resources; Promote vitality through evaluation and stimulate the flow of archival data elements; Promoting'Governance'through evaluation and advancing the sustainable development of data elements; Promote recognition through evaluation and enhance consensus on the value of archival elements. Ultimately empowering archive data to accuratelyserve new quality productivity and promoting the modernization and transformation of archive work.
