Abstract： Existing literature primarily focuses on the role positioning， value interpretation，and competency transformation of digital humanities archivists，yet lacks systematicresearch on their dynamic evolutionand career growth pathways. Building upon prior research，this paper constructs a role evolution model from a lifecycle perspective and examines the driving mechanisms of external factors such as technological advancements，policy orientations，and societal demandson their profesional development.The study unfolds acrossfour dimensions （1） introducingadynamicevolutionperspective toelucidate therole transitionprocessfrom emergence tomaturity; （2） establishinga cros-boundarycolaborationframework toanalyzecooperativemodelsamong universities，research institutions，andarchivaldepartments;（3）exploring thesupportiveroleof institutional environmentsandquantitative evaluation systems in role development; and （4）proposing talent pipeline cultivation pathways to foster continuous career progression.
