Abstract：The dragon and liondance is a significant cultural symbol ofthe Chinese nation，embodying profound historical heritage and national spirit.Based onarchival research and crosscultural communication theories，this paper thoroughlyinvestigates theelement-basedorganizationanddigitalinheritance strategiesof intangiblecultural heritagearchival resources.Using the dragon andliondanceasarepresentativecase，it systematically evaluates the cultural and historical value of its archival materials，identifies current challenges inresource management， and proposes atheoreticalframework and practical pathway structured around three dimensions： element-based governance，digitaland inteligent inheritance，and sustainable innovation.Theobjectiveis toestablish asystematic theoretical andoperational model that faciliates the digital integration，intelligent utiliztion，and innovative preservation of dragonandliondance archival resources.Thisapproach aims to enhance its cultural outreach and social impact，whileofering replicable strategies and experiences for the broader protectionand development of intangible cultural heritage.
