Abstract：Basedontheempathytheory，promoting redArchives toempower thedeep integration ofred cultural tourisminorder to realize high-qualitydevelopmentis what thered cultural tourism sectors shoulddo.Based on theempathy theory，thevalue of red Archives in the deep integration of red cultural tourism includes the value of emotional identity，emotional resonance，empathic concern and empathic action.The realization conditions mainly include the generationof empathic situation，the generation of empathyand the satisfaction of the common conditions.And therealization processcan be dividedinto the realization ofcognitive empathy，the realization of emotional empathy and the realization of behavioral empathy.
