Abstract：Artificial intellgence technology promotes the evolution of archival resources from "archival databases " to"intelligent knowledge bases"andthen to"digitalintellctualthink tanks"，bringing innovativeopportunities for ideological and political education，but also causing ethical and value issues suchas algorithm bias，information cocoons，and digital divide.Thisarticle takes thehumanisticlogicof technological evolutionand the practicalpath of ideologicalandpolitical dimensionsasthe framework，and combinescases from Zhejiang，Suzhou，Ningxiaand other places toanalyze theideological coding，valuejudgment development，and cogntivereconstruction logic in thethree-stage technologicalapplication，revealingriskssuchastheimbalanceofoficialandfolk memory，cultural hegemony，and technological dependence.Furthermore，a three-dimensional ideological and political practice systemof "technological empowerment institutional norms value guidance"willbe constructed from three aspects： inovationofcontent production mechanism，transformationof subjectinteraction mode，and multidimensional reconstruction of evaluation system.Finally，through risk warning and the "technology system humanities " threedimensional governance model，anoptimizationpath is proposed to promote the deep integrationof archive digitizationand ideological andpolitical education，build aresponsibleknowledge ecosystem，and provide support forideological and political education.
