智向未来： “十五五”信息资源管理学科发展与人才培养前瞻

Abstract： As the 14th Five-Year Plan period concludes，the strategic upgrade of information resource management disciplineandtalentcultivationduring the15th Five-YearPlanperioddemand urgentprospectiveplanning.Crrently， artificialintelligence and data factor marketization profoundly reshape the disciplinary ecosystem.Clarifying developmentpathways，constructiondirections，research priorities，andpedagogical innovation fortalentcultivation hasbecome a core concern.Therefore，young scholars in information resource management are invited to share insights on discipline development and talent cultivation during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.Views expressd are for reference only.

陈明红（中山大学信息管理学院）：面向“十五五”规划，信息资源管理学科体系将扎根数据价值、信息管理、知识组织等基础理论，贯通数据工程、知识图谱、检索与推荐、智能代理等前沿技术，链接数字经济、国家治理、智能社会的多元应用场景，以“IRM+X”范式深度赋能全学科、全社会，其战略价值聚焦于五大前沿方向：一是数据资源化战略，破解数据作为核心生产要素的确权、定价与流通难题，研究数据要素高效流通与数据价值释放路径；二是智能驱动的知识服务，探索数智时代人与机器的知识协同演化和决策规律；三是科学数据管理与开放科学，通过构建符合FAIR原则的数据共享与协作平台，为国家高水平科技自立自强奠定坚实的数据基石；四是数字记忆与文化遗产保护，运用新一代信息技术构建并传承中华民族数字基因，确保文明记忆在数字空间的真实性与完整性；五是健康信息学与普惠性智慧医疗，减少医疗健康数据壁垒与孤岛，为公共卫生应急、精准医疗与个性化健康管理提供高质量的数据赋能，助力“健康中国”战略。（剩余4408字）
