AbstractObjective:Tonalyeteefetofrlygoal-directedmobilization(GDM)onpostoperativerecoveryinpatientsudegoing robot-astedlaparoscopichepatectomyforlivercancer.Method:Aprospectivestudyasconducted.62patientswhoundewentrobotassistedlaparoscopichepatectomyatourospitalfromAugust2O22tougust223wererecuitedintotecotrolgouphileaother 62 patients whounderwentthesameprocedurefrom September2O23 to September 2O24 wererecruitedinto theobservationgroup.The controlgroupreceivedoutineusinginterventio,hiletheoservationgoupreceivedEGDMinterventionBothgroupswerefollowed upfor7days.Periopeatieiicatrs,shofo36(SF-6)sores(eforitervetion,3dysftertervetionder intervention),maximumwalkingdistanceinthe6-minutewalktest(MWT,andomplicationratesduringthinterventionperiodwere comparedbetweentetwogroupsResults:Tebserationgopshowedsiificantlysortertitofirstfats,tietofisulatio and length of hospital stay than the control group ( P <0.05).Both groups showed significant group effects in 6MWT and SF-36 scores, showing a trend of initial decline followed by increasing (P<0.05) . No statistically significant difference in complication rates was observed between the two groups during the intervention period (P>0.05) .Conclusion:EGDM can effectively reduce the time to first flatus, time tofirstamblationndlngthfospitalstayproeobiltacealityfifendpromotosoperativeecoeryit undergoing robot-assisted laparoscopic hepatectomy.
