颈椎牵引机器人结合常规功能锻炼对神经根型颈椎病患者康复疗效的观察

AbstractObjective:Toivestigatethereabilitatioeficacyofrobot-asistedcervicaltractioncombinedwithroutinefunctional exercisei patientswithcervicalspondyloticradiculopathy(CSR).Methods:104CSR patientswhowere treatedatCangzhouPeople's HospitalfromDecember2O2 toNovember2024wereincluded.Theyweredividedintotheobservationgroup(n=52)andthecontrol group(n=52).Thecontrolgroupeceivedoutinefunctionalexercise,whiletheobservationgroupunderwentrobot-assistedcervical tractioncombidwitoutiefutioaleise.selinacteristics,inlevel,ckdsabilitdex,icalangf complicationatesndclicalcacyeromparedetwntetogrousofpatiets.Results:Terewerengificandic in VAS,NDI,or cervical range of motion between the two groups of patients before interventiont (P>0.05) .Afterintervention,the observation group showed lower VAS and NDI scores,and higher cervical range of motion (P<0.05) .Repeated-measures analysis indicated withinsubject effects ( Ftimepoint Finteraction )and between-group effects ( Fintergroup) , both were statistically significant (P<0.05) . After intervention, the observation group showed lower total incidence of complications than the control group (P<0.05) .Theobservation group outperformed the control group on clinical efficacy (P<0.05) . Conclusion: Robot-assisted cervical traction combined with routine functional exercise can significantlyallviateiaecicalfuctondoiltdueomplicatios,ndipreclaltcosints.
