国产多孔腔镜手术机器人辅助腹腔镜肾盂成形术的安全性及可行性分析

AbstractObjective:ToevaluatethesafetyandeficacyofthedomesticEdgemulti-port endoscopicroboticsystemforpyeloplasty. Methods:7 patients who underwent EdgeB multi-port robot-assisted laparoscopic pyeloplasty atPeking University First Hospital-Miyun HospitafromJetceereectedraoratiedstopeatieidatos,sellasothfloupuls werecolecteddanalydesultsAllsurgesresuessfullyompleedwitonesitoonoovetioalaaoic surgery. The operative time were (194.71±52.17 )minutes,withan estimated blood lossof 50 (25,165)mL.The length of hospital staywere (4.86±0.83) days.Postoperative estimated glomerular filtration rates (eGFR) at 1day,3 days,and 3 months were (89.76± 33.98) mL/(min⋅1.73m2) , (88.84±31.87)mL/(min⋅1.73m2) ,and (67.87±25.14) mL/(min·1.73m²),respectively.The 3-month diuretic renal dynamic GFRof theaffectedsidewas (34.30±10.76 mL/min.No Clavien-Dindo grade II or higher complications occurred. Follow-up at 3 months showed good recovery in all patients. Conclusion: The domestic EdgeB multi-port endoscopic robot-assisted laparoscopic pyeloplasty is safe and feasible.
