AbstractObjective:Toinvestigateeficacyrobot-asistednavigatedscrewplacementwithmodified Stoppaapproach for acetabularfractures.Methods:Aprospectiverandomizedcontroledtrial wasconductedon102patients with acetabularfractures whoweretreatedatAfiliatedKangdaCoegebetwenNvemberO22andApril 2024.They were randomly divided into control group (n=51) and study group ( n= :51)using a random number table.Both groups underwent surgery via modified Stoppa approach. The control roup received conventional freehand screw fixation under guidance C-arX-raforoyileesuyoudeentbotaviatedewfiatioeropratieiicatos,ressakesctue reductionquality(excelent/godate),modifiedMerleD'AubigneandPostelscores,andpostoperativecomplicationswereprd between twogroups.Results:Thestudygrouphadsignificantlyshorteroperativetime,fewernumber itraoperativefluoroscopies, lesstotalintrapeativebloodlossfewertotaldrillngtemptsndasorerlengthospitalstaompadtoeotoloup (P<0.05) . At 24h and 72 h after surgery, study group had significantly lower levels stress markers than control group ( P <0.05). Thefracturereductionexcelent/goodratewassignificantlyhigherinstudygroupthancontrolgroup.Furrmore,modified MerleD'AubigneandPostelscoresat3,6,and12monthsaftersurgeryweresignificantlyhigherinstudygroupthanthosein control group (P<0.05) . The incidence postoperative complications was significantly lower in study group than thatin control group (P<0.05) . Conclusion: The application robot-navigated screw placement with modified Stoppa approach can enhance surgical precisionandeuilddpseielyloatitrsposee recovery,and lower risk postoperative complications.
