AbstractObjective：Toinvestigatethefectofauricularpointseed-pressngcombinedwithlowerlimbrehabilitationrobt-ssisted trainingonmusclestrengtandgaitinelderlyemiplegicpatientsfercerebralifarction.Methods：8Oederlymipegicpatitsfter cerebralinfarctionadmitedtoortheJiangsuPeople’sHospitalfromJanuaryO2 toDecember023wereselectedanddividedintothe controlgroup（n=4）andtestudygoup（n=4）usingthendomumbertablemetd.Thecontolgoupreceedconvetioalbiltaio therapycombidwihlowrlmbhabilitationrobot-asistedtraing，hiletestudgroupeceivedaularpotsd-pressgapy inaditiontoblaaoftrolgop.calaciplidgessmt）oedex （BI），strokespecualityofife（-O）sore，owrbuslesgthgding，Dgaitparamees，ndebeoffling treatmentwerecomparedetwenthetwogroups.Results：Thetotalefectiveateinthestudygroupwassignifcantlyhigherthanthatn the control group （ P <0.05）.Comparedwiththosebefore treatment，theFMA，BI，andSS-QOLscoresofboth groupsincreasedafter treatment， and theabove scoresin the study group were higher than those in thecontrol group P<0.05） .After treatment，the proportion of patientswith muscle strength of grades 4 and5 in the study group was higher than that in the control group （ P<0.05 . After treatment，the study group had higherstrdesed，sqydrdhopdtroop，iledtceefdide and percentage of double support phase were lower than those inthe control group （P<0.05） .Therewasno statistically significantdifference in the incidence of falls during treatment between the two groups （P>0.05） . Conclusion： Auricular point seed-pressing combined with lower limbrehabilitationotssdngpreotofucondlowerlulegioalisdee quality of life in elderly hemiplegic patientsafter cerebral infarction.
