AbstractObjective:Toinvestigatetheefectofrobot-assistedtotalhiparthroplasty(RA-THA)ontheaccuracyof prosthesis implantationandpostoperativerehabilitationoutcomes.Methods:Aprospectivestudywasconductedinvolving9THApatintsatthe FirstAfiliatedHospitalofArForeMedicalUnivesiyfroAril222toJune2O4.Participantswererandomlydividedintotestudy group (n=45) and the control group a=45 ) using the block randomization.The control group underwent conventional THA, while the study groupreceivedR.ostopatiecators,ssisplaatiocurcycoeryofloerlbngt,dopte were compared between the two groups.Results: The study group had alonger operative time thanthe control group ( P <0.05). The study groupshowedalargeracetabularupanteversioangle,salerofsetdiscrepancyandeducedlowerliblengthdisrepancyopred to the control group ( ⋅-0.05 ).The total complication rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion:RA-THAhasfavorbleoutcomes,hichcanfetivelyimprovethecuacyofprosthesisimplantationtimizelowelimb length balance,and reduce complication rates.
