AbstractObjective：Toevaluatethepreliminaryapplicationefectofdomestic“SHURUI”single-portroboticsurgical systemin partial nephrectomy. Methods： Four patients who underwent SHURUI single-port endoscopic robot-asssted partial nephrectomy at theDepartmentofUrology，theSecondAfiliatedHospitalofNanjingMedicalUniversitybetweenNovember221andJuly2were selectedasthesdysubects.Tumordiameter，totaloperativetie，perationtie，intraoperativeblodlossandwarishiate wererecorded，and perioperativedataand postoperativerecoverywereanalyzed.Results：Among thefourpatientsretroperitneal aproach was adopted inthreecases，whereas asinglecaseunderwenttransperitoneal approach.The totaloperative time was 154.80 （73.00-235.00）min.The robotic peration time was 106.30 （52.00-174.00）min，and the docking time was13.80 （8.00- 32.00）min.Noditioalauxiliarychanelswererequiredforallpatients.Thetumordiameterwas2.45（1.30-3.9O）cm，cluding onecaseofleftsidead3casesofrghtside.Theintraoperativebloodlosswas 6.0100150.00）mL.Thewarmischemitime was 28.80（22.00-35.0）min.Thelengthofpostoperativehospitalstaywas13.50（9.02.0o）dPostoperativepathologialresultssowed thattwocasesofrenalclearcellcarciomaandtwocasesofrenalangiomyolipoma.Noelatedcomplicationsocuedinallpatients aftersurgeryorduringfolow-up.Conclusion：ThedomesticallydevelopedSHURUIsingle-portendoscopicsurgicalrobotissafend effectiveforprtialephectowithitspetineprovidigfexibleaneuverabiltandprcisetargetingobutigtot smooth completion of surgery.
