AbstractOjectiveToivestiatetheacyofootasistedmallyinvasivereantforubarspodlolisthis d withlumbardischeiation(LDH).Methods:84LSpatientscomplicatedwithLDHwhoweretreatedinourhospitalfromJanuary2018 toJanuary2O23 wereselected.Theywererandomlydividedintothecontrolgroup(n=42)andtheobservationgroup(n=42)usingthe simplerandomizationmetodThebservationgroupunderwentobotasistedmiallinvasivetransforaminallumbarinterbodyfusion (RA-MIS-TLIF),hiletecontrolgroupunderwentminiallinvasivetransforaminallumarinterbodyfusionwithmanalpediclerew placement.Theaccuracyofpdiclesrewplacement,surgicalindicators,visualanaloguescale(VS)scores,Oswestrydisablitidex (ODI),postopeaieompcatiosdoefuioateeeomparedtweetetgrousesultseuacyoficlee placement in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05) . The surgical time in the observation group was significantly longer than that in the control group ( P <0.05).Compared with that before surgery,VAS scores at all follow-up timepoints(immdatelyfterurgery6otsfteurgeryd2othfersrgry)reasedsigantlyios 'P<0.05 ) but there was no statistically significant diference between the two groups at the same timepoints (P>0.05 ). The ODI at medium- to longtermfollow-up (12 and 24 months after surgery)decreased significantlyinboth groups compared to thatbefore surgery (P<0.05) ). There was no statistically significant diference in ODI between the two groups at 12 and 24 months after surgery (P>0.05) . There wasno statistically significant difference in postoperative complications or bone fusion rates between the two groups ( 'P>0.05) . Conclusion: Application of RA-MIS-TLIF in the treatment of LS complicated with LDHcan improve the accuracy of pedicle screw placement.
