AbstractObjective:Toinvestigatetheefectsoflowerlimbrehabilitationrobot-asstedtrainingcombinedwithFuzhengButu acupunctureoneurologicalandotorfunctiocoveryinpatintswitemiplegiaferstroke.Methods08emiplegicpatita strokewhoweretreatedatXi'anGaoxinHospitalfromAugust2O22toAugust224wereenroled.Theywererandomlydividedintothe controlgroup(n=54,eceivingconventioalehabilitationthrapy)andtebservationgroup(n=54,eceivinglowerlimbhabiliatio robot-asstedrainingcombinedwithFuzhengButuacupuncture)usingarandomnumbertable.Neurologicalfunction[NationalIstitutes ofHealthstrokescale(NSscore],cognitivefunctionMontrealcogitiveassessment(MoCA)andmini-mentalstateeaation (MMSE)scores],mhlogicalicators (gharoleblodscositysmaosityowharoleloodvsoiot function[Fug-eyerssssmntfoextreity(F-LE)sore],acefucorgaceale(B)soe],ite (walkingspeed,stepngth,stepfrquency),andctivitisofdailylvingBartelindex(wrecopaedetweenthtoos. Results:Compared with thecontrol group,theobservationgroupshowedsignificantlylowerNIHSSscores,high-shearwholeblood viscosity,plasma viscosity,and low-shear whole blood viscosity after treatment ( P <0.05). Conversely,the observation group had significantlyhgherscoresforoCA,MSE,FA-LE,ndB,longersteplngth,fasterwalkingspeed,higherstepfrequecyd higher BI than the control group after treatment ( (P<0.05) . Conclusion: Lower limb rehabilitation robot-assisted training combined with FuzengButcupucturecansigantlyiproeurolgcalfunctioognitiefunctioemoeologialparameers,rctio balance,gait,andactivities of daily living in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.
