AbstractObjective：Toinvestigatetheefectsoflowerlimbrehabilitationrobot-asstedtrainingcombinedwithFuzhengButu acupunctureoneurologicalandotorfunctiocoveryinpatintswitemiplegiaferstroke.Methods08emiplegicpatita strokewhoweretreatedatXi'anGaoxinHospitalfromAugust2O22toAugust224wereenroled.Theywererandomlydividedintothe controlgroup（n=54，eceivingconventioalehabilitationthrapy）andtebservationgroup（n=54，eceivinglowerlimbhabiliatio robot-asstedrainingcombinedwithFuzhengButuacupuncture）usingarandomnumbertable.Neurologicalfunction[NationalIstitutes ofHealthstrokescale（NSscore]，cognitivefunctionMontrealcogitiveassessment（MoCA）andmini-mentalstateeaation （MMSE）scores]，mhlogicalicators （gharoleblodscositysmaosityowharoleloodvsoiot function[Fug-eyerssssmntfoextreity（F-LE）sore]，acefucorgaceale（B）soe]，ite （walkingspeed，stepngth，stepfrquency），andctivitisofdailylvingBartelindex（wrecopaedetweenthtoos. Results：Compared with thecontrol group，theobservationgroupshowedsignificantlylowerNIHSSscores，high-shearwholeblood viscosity，plasma viscosity，and low-shear whole blood viscosity after treatment （ P <0.05）. Conversely，the observation group had significantlyhgherscoresforoCA，MSE，FA-LE，ndB，longersteplngth，fasterwalkingspeed，higherstepfrequecyd higher BI than the control group after treatment （ （P<0.05） . Conclusion： Lower limb rehabilitation robot-assisted training combined with FuzengButcupucturecansigantlyiproeurolgcalfunctioognitiefunctioemoeologialparameers，rctio balance，gait，andactivities of daily living in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.
