AbstrcatObjectiveToevaluatethesafetyandfeasibilityoftheomesticWego“MicroHandS”surgicalrobot-asistedlaparoscopic in retroperitonealadrenalectomy.Methods：Aprospectiveanalysiswasconductedon52patients whounderwent Wego“MicroHandS" robot-asistedlaparosopicretroperitoaladrealectoyatXuzhouCntralHospitalfromMay4toOctober4.Surgicalopletios， operative ime，postoperativedrainagetubeindwelingtime，lengthofhospitalstayandcomplicationswererecordedandanalyzed. Results：All52surgerieswerecompleedsucessullyihoutconvesiontooensurgeryadnguiliyports.Teoperativetieas 82.60±15.26） minutes，with the blood loss of （20.19±8.69 mL.Thedrainage tube indwelling timewas （2.73±0.72 days，andthelength of hospital stay was （5.48±1.99 ）days.At 3-month follow-up，all patients recovered well without complications higher than Clavien grade I. Conclusion：Thedomestic Wego“MicroHandS”robot-asistedlaparoscopicretroperitonealadrenalectomyissafeandfeasible.
