AbstractObjective:Toinvestigatetheeffectofintraoperativelower-limb warmingcare inpreventingdeepveinthrombosis (DVT) follwing robot-assistedsurgery.Methods:100 patientshounderwentrobot-asistedsurgeryatthe96Oth Hospitalof hePLA Joint Logistics Support Force between June 2O23 and December 2O24 were randomly divided into the control group( n: =50,receiving conventional DVT prevention) and the study group( n=. 50,receiving conventional DVT prevention combined with intraoperative lower-limbwamingcare).DVincidene,D-dimerlevels,corebodytmperature,ower-limbvenousbloodflowvelocityoaulation function,and postoperativelower-limbswellngandpainscores werecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Results:Thestudygroup showed a significantly lower DVT incidence than the control group ( P <0.05). At postoperative days 1 and 3, D-dimer levels were significantly lower in the study group than those in the control group ( P <0.01). Core body temperature and lower-limb venous blood flow velocity were significantly higher in the study group than those in the control group during and after surgery (P<0.01) .No statistically significant diferences were observed between the two groups incoagulation parameters,including PT,APTT,and FIB (P>0.05) ! Postoperativelower-limb swellingand painscores were significantlylowerinthe study group thanthose inthe control group( P <0.01). Conclusion:Intraoperativelower-limb warmingcarecanefectivelymaintaincorebodytemperature,enhancevenousretur inthe lowerlimbs,duetoboticsk,ndallviateostoperatiedsomfort,ichassgiicatlicalacyinrevtilo limb DVT following robot-assisted surgery.

机器人辅助手术虽具有创伤小、恢复快等优点[-4],但手术时间长、特殊体位(如头低脚高位或截石位)及气腹状态易导致下肢静脉回流受阻,增加深静脉血栓形成(deepveinthrombosis,DVT)风险[5。(剩余8857字)
