Abstract：Based on the national strategicand people's livelihood value of the fruit and vegetable industry，the 3 preservative revolutions centeredon low temperature，controlledatmosphere and hypobaricstorage were systematicallyreviewed，together with theevolutionary trajectoryof ethyleneregulationandpost-harvest decaycontrol technologies.Thecore chalenges presently confronting storage-and-transport operationsweredissected， including the technological botlenecks，insufficientintegrationofpost-harvestbiologicalcharacteristicsand the absenceof systematicmanagement.Correspondingly，thekey pathsfor intelligentupgrading wereput forward， including constructingan intelligent management and control expert decision-making system，applying modern sensing technologies，and developing postharvest dynamic models，which should provide theoretical and practical guidanceforpromotingthetransformationoffruitand vegetablestorageandtransportationfromempiricalpreservation to precision preservation，reducing costs and losses，and ensuring thehigh-quality development of the industry.
