Abstract:Based on the national strategicand people's livelihood value of the fruit and vegetable industry,the 3 preservative revolutions centeredon low temperature,controlledatmosphere and hypobaricstorage were systematicallyreviewed,together with theevolutionary trajectoryof ethyleneregulationandpost-harvest decaycontrol technologies.Thecore chalenges presently confronting storage-and-transport operationsweredissected, including the technological botlenecks,insufficientintegrationofpost-harvestbiologicalcharacteristicsand the absenceof systematicmanagement.Correspondingly,thekey pathsfor intelligentupgrading wereput forward, including constructingan intelligent management and control expert decision-making system,applying modern sensing technologies,and developing postharvest dynamic models,which should provide theoretical and practical guidanceforpromotingthetransformationoffruitand vegetablestorageandtransportationfromempiricalpreservation to precision preservation,reducing costs and losses,and ensuring thehigh-quality development of the industry.
