Abstract:To acquire loaddata under high-loadoperations such assubsoiling,amulti-source load testing and edge-solving system basedon a system on chip(SoC) field-programmable gate array(FPGA)was proposed.The systemintegrated chasis strain,thre-point hitch draftforce,driveline torque,vibrationacceleration,controler area network(CAN)bussignals,andreal-time kinematic global navigationsatelite system(RTK-GNSS)position information into aunified platform.To balance accuracy and resource eficiency,online preprocessing such as multi-channel synchronous analog-to-digital converter (ADC)sampling,timestamp insertion,and digital filtering were implementedon the programmable logic (PL)side,while protocol parsing,data management,and tire vertical load inversion were executed on the processing system(PS)side as edge-computing tasks.Field subsoiling tests with a 200-hp wheeled tractor showed that the system operated stably and continuously;FPGA-side preprocesing achievedsignificantly higher time-efficiency than the onboard central processing unit(CPU),and good synchronizationacross multi-source data was maintained.The tire vertical loadsestimated by the inversion model agreed well with the actual operating conditions.The proposed system provided an integrated test platform to support tractor load spectrum development and durability research on key components.
