自主创新驱动下我国生物育种高质量发展的路径研究

Abstract：Biological breeding isacoretechnology for ensuring foodsecurityand enhancing agricultural competitivenes.The phased progress achieved in basic research，foundational tools，breeding chips and other areas were systematically reviewed since China's“ 14th Five-Year”Plan period.It analyzesd the gaps between the current technological leveland internationaladvanced benchmarks，aswellas industrial requirements，particularlyincore technologies，industrial autonomy and support systems.Building on the exploratorypractices of South China Agricultural University，strategic pathways for advancing biological breeding during the“ 15u Five-Year”Plan period wereproposed，aiming toprovide decision-making references foraccelerating seed self-suffciency and agricultural modernization.
