Abstract:Acuteliverinjuryposesaserious threattothelifesafetyofpatients,andcurentlythereisstillalackofsatisfactory treatmentoptions.Asacytoprotetivetranscriptinfactor,nuclearfactorerythroid-relatedfactor2(Nrf2)hasimportantpotetial inthetreatmentofacuteliverinjuryNrf2exertsaprotectiveefectbyinducingtheexpresionofantioxidantenzmes,glating ironand fatyacidmetabolism,protecting mitochondrialfunction,andinhibitinginflammatoryresponses,anditcanalsoenhance theantioxidantcapacityoftheliverandinhibittheprogresionofacuteliverinjurybyactivatingantioxidantresponseelemennd promoting theexpressonof theantioxidantenzymessuchashemeoxygenase-1,glutathione transferase,andglutamate-cysteine ligasecatalyticsubunit.Nrf2canmodulateacuteliverinjurycausedbydiferent etiologies.Naturalcompoundssuch ascurcumin andsyntheticcompoundssuchasoltiprazcanactivate Nrf2through diferentmechanisms,enhancetheantioxidantcapacityof the liver,andthusexertaprotectiveefectagainstacute liverinjury.However,therearestillvariouschalengesinNif2inthe treatmentofacuteliverinjury,anditsmechanismofactionremainsunclear,withmoststudies inthestageofexperimentalstudyInthe future,itisexptedtodeplyivesigateteehaisofctioofteNf2sigalingpathwayiedrugdevelopntstategie, improvetheclinicalaplicationtheoriesforagonists,andprovidemorefectiveandpreisetreatmentegimesforpatintswithacute liver injury.

急性肝损伤是指在无慢性肝病基础上,由各种病因导致肝脏细胞损伤而产生的疾病,临床上表现为血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanineaminotransferase,ALT)、总胆红素(totalbilirubin,TBil)升高,如未及时治疗则会进一步发展为急性肝衰竭、肝性脑病等,严重影响患者的生命安全。(剩余26226字)
