Abstract：ChronichepatitisBisstilloneofthemainchronicliverdiseasesinChina.Althoughantiviraltherapyhasachievedgood therapeuticefects，therearestillmanyproblemsthathavenotbeensolved.Toassistclinicalphysiciansinaccuratelyand reasonablydiagnosingandtreatingchronichepatitisBthisconsensuselaboratesontheunderstanding，diagnosis，andtreatmentof chronichepatitisBfrombothperspectivesof traditionalChineseand Westernmedicine，Itcomprehensivelyanddeeplypresents theIatest research progress in this field，so as to provide a reference for clinical practice.

中华医学会感染病学分会和肝病学分会相继于2005、2010、2015、2019、2022年分别制定了中国慢性乙型肝炎（chronichepatitisB，CHB）诊断和治疗的标准，中华中医药学会肝胆病专业委员会于2012年制定了中国CHB中医诊疗共识，中国中西医结合学会消化病学分会于1999年制定了CHB中西医结合诊疗共识，这些行业标准的颁布，极大地规范和提高了我国CHB临床诊治水平，同时有力地推动了临床决策的科学化和规范化，但至今未更新与修订。（剩余35217字）
