Abstract： Hepaticfbrosis isnotonlyapathologicalproces hepaticself-repairafterchonicliverijury，utalsoacriticalstage inthe progressionchronicliverdiseasetolivercihosis.Studieshaveshownthatasapro-inflammatoryformprogrammedcel death，pyroptosisplaysanimportantroleinvariousdiseasesandisalsoconsideredapotentialtherapeutictargetforhepatic fibrosis.Thisarticlesystematicallyreviewstheassociation pyoptosisinhepatocytes，hepaticstelltecels，and hepatic macrophages with hepatic fibrosisand discuses pyroptosis-mediated therapeutic strategies targeting hepatic fibrosis.
