标准化机械通气治疗在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征中的应用效果

Abstract： Objective：To analyze the application value of standardized mechanical ventilation treatment in neonatal respiratory distress syndrome （NRDS）. Methods： A total of 71 children with NRDS admitted to the Neonatal Department of Baiyin Maternal and Child Health Hospital，Gansu Province fromMay 2021 to March 2025 were selected as theresearch objects.All thechildren were treated with standardized mechanical ventilation.The incidence of complications in thechildren patients was counted;The blood gas indicators—partial pressure of oxygen inblood （PaO2） ， partial pressure of carbon dioxide in blood （PaCO2） —of the children before and after treatment were compared. Results：After treatment， the PaCO2 of the children decreased and the PaO2 increased （P<0.05） ； Thecomplication rate of 71 children patients was 8.45% .Conclusion： The standardized mechanical ventilation treatment program can effectively correct the abnormal blood gas indicators ofchildren with NRDS，and the overallsafetyis good.
