数字鸿沟视角下开放大学教育公平性的社会学标准与实践分析

Abstract: This study explores the construction and implementation path of educational equity standards in open universities under the background of the digital divide from a sociological perspective. It constructs a sociological standards system centered on opportunity guarantee,process justice,and outcome equivalence,and proposes practical directions such asbalancedconstructionofdigital infrastructure,adjustmentoflearning abilitydifferences,and multioutcomecertification.Theresults showthatthedigitaldivideisakeyfactoraffecting thedevelopmentof educational equityinopenuniversities.Toachieveeducationalequity,itisnecessarytopromotestandardizedgovernanceprocesses in both dimensionsofsocial structureandculturalcapital,andbuildameasurable,controlable andsustainable equity system to promote the social sharing of educational resources and the inclusive development of ifelong learning.
