Research on Evaluation Indicators of Food Production Standardization from the Perspective of Quality Management System

Abstract: There is a deep mutual promotion relationship between the quality management system and food production standardization,which providesalogical basis forstudying theevaluation indicators ofthelaterfrom the perspective of the former.This paper analyzes the connection between the two,and constructs specific evaluation indicators from three dimensions: personnelmanagement,equipmentandfacilities,andrawmaterialmanagement.Finally,itproposes practical strategies from three aspects: conducting skilltraining, establishing maintenance ledgers,and improving the traceability system,aiming to provide a reference for comprehensively measuring the level of food production standardization and promote the implementationof food production standardization.
