基于煎药机参数分析的中药煎煮标准化思考
Abstract: To enhance the quality consistency and standardization of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) decoction, this paper systematically analyzes the decoction processbased on the operational parameters of decoction machines. By comparing traditional decoction methods with modern decoction machines in terms of operation mode,temperature andtimecontrol,andcomponentextraction,itclarifes theadvantagesofdecoctionmachinesinutomation,parameter regulation,and decoctionquality stability.It focuses on five key parameters—pressure,water volume,decoction frequency,time,and temperature—and examines their efects on the release ofactive components. Combined with the experimental data,it explores the regulatory mechanisms and optimization strategies in practical apications.The results indicatethatreasonableparametersetingscansignificantlyimprove theyield,stabilityandcontrollabilityof the decoction, providing support for the development of a standardized TCM decoction system.
