Abstract：Aerospace equipment manufacturing is characterized by high precision，reliability，and multi-stage coordination. Standardized management serves as an essential requirement to ensure production efficiency and productconsistency.This paper examines the inherent logic and practical dificulties of standardized management in aerospace equipment manufacturing processes.Onthis basis，it proposes the“three-phase colaboration”standardized management model： aclosed-loop management system based on the systematic integrationof processes，guaranteed by the reinforcement of ful-chain implementation，and driven by a dynamic adjustment mechanism.The model promotes standardized management from fragmentation to integration，from formalism to effectiveness，and from static solidificationtodynamic evolutionbyestablishingaunifiedstandard framework，removing executionbotlenecks，and building a continuous optimization mechanism.It provides a systematic solution for improving the quality consistency， production response speed and organizational adaptability of aerospace products.
