Abstract： This paper focuses on the development and evolution ofthe GJB 90ol standard，and systematically traces the complete trajectory of its threeiterations since initial release.The study demonstrates that each revision of GJB 9001 aligns closely with the quality management needs of the national defense technologyand industrial sector at diferentstages.Itachievesmultidimensionaliterations，transitioningfromanelement-basedmodeltoaproce-based model，shifting from a product-centric to a customer-centric approach，and evolving from preventive measures to risk management.This has established a scientific and standardized quality management framework for military product manufacturers，serving as acrucial institutional support for enhancing thequalityand reliabilityofmilitary products and ensuring the modernization of national defense.Facing new challenges such as digital and intellgent integration， increasing supplychain complexity，and green sustainable development， GJB90ol will strengthen the application of digital management tools，deepen risk management，improve supplychain colaboration mechanisms，and continue to focus ongreendevelopment andtalentcapabilitybuilding.Itaimstoshift the standard fromacompliance-oriented toa value creation-oriented approach，supporting theconstructionofa higher-level quality assurance system in the national defense technology and industrial sector and facilitating the high-quality development of the militaryindustry inthe new era.
