Abstract:Toexplore the influencing factorsofuniversitystudents'online learning satisfactionand improve thequalityofonlineteaching,thisstudyisbasedoncustomersatisfactiontheoryandintroducestheplatforimagevariable toconstructatheoreticalmodelofuniversitystudents'onlineleamingsatisfaction.Using structuralequationmodeling,hypotheseswere testedtodentify thefactorsaectingonlinelearningsatisfaction.Datawerethencollctedthroughquestionnairesandanalyzed.Theresultsshow thatindividualstudentcharacteristicssignificantlyimpactoninelearingsatisfactionlevels;perceivedvalueandperceivedquality significantly influence online learningsatisfaction,withperceivedvalue also playingamediatingrole intheefectof perceived quality onleaersatisfaction.inallybasedontheresearchfindings,targetedoptimizationsuggestionswere proposedfrohree dimensions—students,platforms,andinstitutionstoenhaneuniversitystudents'onlineleaingsatisfactioand providetheoetical support and practical references for improving the online teaching system.
