Abstract：Toexplore the influencing factorsofuniversitystudents'online learning satisfactionand improve thequalityofonlineteaching，thisstudyisbasedoncustomersatisfactiontheoryandintroducestheplatforimagevariable toconstructatheoreticalmodelofuniversitystudents'onlineleamingsatisfaction.Using structuralequationmodeling，hypotheseswere testedtodentify thefactorsaectingonlinelearningsatisfaction.Datawerethencollctedthroughquestionnairesandanalyzed.Theresultsshow thatindividualstudentcharacteristicssignificantlyimpactoninelearingsatisfactionlevels;perceivedvalueandperceivedquality significantly influence online learningsatisfaction，withperceivedvalue also playingamediatingrole intheefectof perceived quality onleaersatisfaction.inallybasedontheresearchfindings，targetedoptimizationsuggestionswere proposedfrohree dimensions—students，platforms，andinstitutionstoenhaneuniversitystudents'onlineleaingsatisfactioand providetheoetical support and practical references for improving the online teaching system.
