Abstract: Based on the Kano Requirements Model the design of the unmanned milk tea kiosk is studied.By analyzing and classifying theuserrequirements,thebasic,expectedandpotentialrequirements thattheunmanned milktea kioskaredeteined. Based on therequirements classificationand Beter-Worsecoeficients,te specific functions andinterfaces ofteumand milk teakioskaredsignedAndfromteuser'spointofview,tecoespondingfunctioaldesignschmeispropoedtomettheuser's needsand improvetheuser experienceof theunmanedmilk tea kioskwhichprovidesstrong theoreticalsupportandmethodological guidance for the design of the unmanned milk tea kiosk and similar service-oriented products.
