Abstract： The formationof the people's position of Xi Jinpings cultural thought hasaclearcontext，which is the inheritance anddevelopmentofthepeople'spositionofthe Marxistcultural teorythecreationandtransformationoftheexelenttraditional Chineseculture，andthe summaryofthecentennial experienceofthe people's positionofthecultural viewofthe Communist Party ofChina.XiJinping'sculturalthoughtperspectiveisiststhatthefruitsofdevelopmentaresharedbythepeople，respondingtothe questions ofthe purpose，driving force and purportofcultural construction.Tocontinuously highlightthe people's positionof Xi Jiping'sclualtoughtitstetole'salbilitettealeftbteelo thesocialistculture，improvethepeoplesculturalwel-eing，iprovethesytemandorganizationconstructionandprotectthe people'scultural rights and interests.
