Abstract：Theelectrical engineeringcourseoferedfornonelectricalmajors hasstrongtheoreticalcontent，andtraditional teachingmethodsare dificulttostimulate students'earingenthusiasm.Takingadvantageofthetechnologicaladvantagesof"Interetplus"，wereasoablyselected tecoursecontent，mplemented"ofliolie"hbridteacingptimizedthecourseealuationsystem，enrichedthediversityofelectrotechnicscoursecontentandteachingmethods，expandedtheplatformforteacherstudent communication， and promoted the growth of students.
