Abstract： Practiceteachingisarquiredcourseforcultivatingapplication-orientatedtalentsforchemical industry，whicheffec tivelyimprovestheundergraduates'abilityofintegrating teorywithpractice，analyingandsolvingcomplexengineeringproblems independently，as wellas promotingthetransitionfromknowledge tocapabilityandquality，tusallengineeringcollegesattch greatsignifcanetotepracticeteacing.Currntlyollegessouldtakeiitiatives toinovatethemodeofpracticteacinghe engineersandtecniciansasttors，increaseivestmentandtrengthelinkswithnterpisestocreatemoreopportuitisadfavor ableconditiosforstdentsMeanhile，toencouragemorestudents tparicipateindisciplinecompeitions，toehancheirengineeringliteracyndiovatonabiltyndtoultivateapplicatio-orntatedtalentsoaetulyadaptietoteeedsofpido cial development.
