Abstract:WithinthewaveofreformdrivenbyNewLiberalArts,musicteachereducationinhigher institutionsshouldadopt "inovativeconstruction"tomove beyond the"modernist"curriculum paradigmand promoteoptimizedcurriculum designthrough a"multidimensioalprspective".Teombinedforcesof"digitalepowement"and"intellgentconstruction"propetetafor mationof music teaching models inhigher educationinstitutions.This approach encourages breaking through fromtheconstraints of Wester-centricdscourseinmusiceducation,fosteringanovative,Cinese-specificdiscoursesysteminmusic teachereducation.Witha"multidimensionalintegratio"persptive,thisframewrksupportstecultralandintelltualdevelopmentfmusic educationin teachertraininginstitutions,enhancing theoverallqualityandinnovativecapacityofmusiceducators tomeetthedemands of the new era and drive the high-quality development of music education in higher education.
