Abstract： In theprocess ofhuman civilzation development，capitalistcivilizationconstrainedbythelogicofcapitalhasboth thedualeffectivenes ofreatingamodecivlzationthatgetsridof teimpuritiesoftholderaandhinderinghumacivilzation， forminganinsurmountable"civilizatiocrux".Thiscrux canonlybesolvedbycriticalltranscendingthe"logicofcapital"civilzationand creating new forms ofhumancivilization.The CPCled the people to innovateand developa new formoffuture oriented humancivilization withsocialistsystemand Chinesecharacteristicsbytaking thepathofChinesepathtomodernizationandcriticalllookigatsoatioroatiodrialgicalingadeia ist civilizationfrofourspctsof"poplerietedcmpeesieodatio，lationoflation，dmosexistence"，and creating a new blueprint for the form ofhuman civilization.
