Abstract： Management science and engineering majors are based on their educational positioning andtalentcultivation goals， withtalent cultivationmodereformasthecore.Throughoptimizing training programsandcurrculumsystems，innovating teaching modes，reformingteachingmethods，strengtheningpractical eachingandinteshiptraningbaseconstruction，improving teaching managementandservice mechanisms，teacherscontinuously improve teaching quality，and enhance students'comprehensive quality and innovation ability.
