Abstract：This studyselects A-share listed heavy industrial enterprises assamples between 2O10and 2022，and empiricall analyzestheefectofChina'scabonemissionstradingpilotpolicyonenterprses'greentechnologcalinovationusing tedifrencein-differencemethod.Theresultsof thestudyshowthatthecarbonemissionstrading pilotpolicysignificantly promotes thegreen technologyinnovatioofheavyindustryenterprises.Therobustnesstestshowsthat thepolicyhasthemostsignificanteffctonthe promotionof grentechnologicalinnovationofheavyindustryenterprisesintheearlystageofimplementationandthelag1-2period.Heterogeneitynalysisshowsthatterearesignificantdiferences intheresponseofdiferenttypesanddifferent heavyindustry enterprises tothecarbontrading policyintemsof gen technological innovation，among whichstate-ownedenterprisesand large-scale enterprissaremoresensitivetotepolicyndramaterialindustryismoresensitietothepolicythanprocessingindustry. more sensitive tothe policy，andtheraw material industry is more sensitive tothe policythan theprocessing dustry.
