Abstract：Drivenbytheglobalizationofdigitaltradeandthedigitaltransformationofvocationaleducation，AItechnologyhasbe comethecoreforceforreconfiguringtheindustrialecosystemofcrossbordere-commerce，andhasalsoprovidedabrand-newopportunityforthereformofvocationalcolleges'trainingofcrossbordere-ommerceprofessonals.Basedonthelatestpolicyspirits suchas "ProfessionalTeachingStandards forVocationalEducation（2025Edition）"and"OpinionsonDepeningtheReformof theModernVocationalEducationSystem"，andincombinationwiththeactualdemandfor thelarge-scaledevelopmentofAIapplicationinthero-bordere-commerceindustrythispaperfocusesonthreecoreapplicationsenariosofAliaba's"AoXia"AI intellgentbodyAIGCforeigntradecontentcreation，andintellgentcompliancedetection.Byanalyzingtheprominentproblem ofthediscoectionbetweenthetrainingofcross-bordere-commerceprofesionalsinvocationalcollgesandtheskillsrquirementsofthesethreescenarios，itconstructsalogicalframeworkfortalentcultivationtatinvolves"deepembeddingofAItec nology，precise implementation of policy requirements，and close alignment with job requirements".
