Abstract：Newqualityproductiveforces takeinnovationasthecoredrivingforce，relyondigitaltechnologytoempowerthereconstructionofproductionfactors，andachievetheoptimizationandupgradingofproductionfactoralocationthroughtechological iteration，presentigcorehractistisofigtecheadersipigeiectrsormationandigualityutput.Aginst thebackdropoftheacceleratedevolutionofnewqualityproductivefores，cultivatinghigh-qualityfashioncreativedesigntalents isakeyevertosupportetransformationandupgradingofthefashionindustry.Inthetrendofintegrationbetweendigitaliation andthefashionindustrythispaperexploresthecultivationpathsandimplementationstrategiesforhighervocationalfashoncre ativedesigntalentsorientedbynewqualityproductiveforces，aiming tocultivatecompoundtechnicalandskiledtalents whopossessinnovativethinking，digitalskilsandkeenfasionperceptionAccordinglysystematicideasforeformingtheculivation model are proposed.
