Construction of Teaching Ability Indicator System for Teachers in Vocational Colleges in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

Abstract:Thispaperfocusesonthebackgroundofhighervocationaleducationtransformationintheeraofartificialinteligence, andconductsesearchontheconstructionofteachingabilityindexsystemtoaddress theisseoftheadaptabiltyofteachingabil itiesforteachersivocatioalcolleges.ItfrsanalyestheoportunitiesandchallengesAingstovocationaltachingclarifis thedemandfortheshapingofteachers'rolesandcapabilitis.econdlytombines thecharacteristicsofindustryeducationin tegrationinvocationaleducation,analyzestheconstituentelementsoftheteachingabilityofvocationalcollgeteachrsntheera ofartificialintellgenc,coveringoredimensionssuchasAItoolmasterydataliteracyanduman-computercollaborative teaching.Basedonthis,ateachingabilityindexsystemisconstructedconsistingof7first-levelindicators includingAliteracy curricuumcontentandresources,instructionaldesignndinnovatioand15second-levelindicators.Eachindicatorisdefied andaccompaniedbyevaluativecriteria.Thepaperfurtherproposes theimprovementstrategiesof"layeredandclasifiedtraining -integrationofvirtualandrealteaching-evaluationandfeedbacklop".Thisindexsystemprovidesareferencefortheevaluation andimprovementoftheteachingabiltyofteachersinvocationalcoleges,withtheaimofprovidingtheoreticalreferencesand practical paths for vocational colleges to build anew teaching paradigm of human-machine collaboration.
