Construction of Teaching Ability Indicator System for Teachers in Vocational Colleges in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

Abstract：Thispaperfocusesonthebackgroundofhighervocationaleducationtransformationintheeraofartificialinteligence， andconductsesearchontheconstructionofteachingabilityindexsystemtoaddress theisseoftheadaptabiltyofteachingabil itiesforteachersivocatioalcolleges.ItfrsanalyestheoportunitiesandchallengesAingstovocationaltachingclarifis thedemandfortheshapingofteachers'rolesandcapabilitis.econdlytombines thecharacteristicsofindustryeducationin tegrationinvocationaleducation，analyzestheconstituentelementsoftheteachingabilityofvocationalcollgeteachrsntheera ofartificialintellgenc，coveringoredimensionssuchasAItoolmasterydataliteracyanduman-computercollaborative teaching.Basedonthis，ateachingabilityindexsystemisconstructedconsistingof7first-levelindicators includingAliteracy curricuumcontentandresources，instructionaldesignndinnovatioand15second-levelindicators.Eachindicatorisdefied andaccompaniedbyevaluativecriteria.Thepaperfurtherproposes theimprovementstrategiesof"layeredandclasifiedtraining -integrationofvirtualandrealteaching-evaluationandfeedbacklop".Thisindexsystemprovidesareferencefortheevaluation andimprovementoftheteachingabiltyofteachersinvocationalcoleges，withtheaimofprovidingtheoreticalreferencesand practical paths for vocational colleges to build anew teaching paradigm of human-machine collaboration.
