Abstract：ObjectiveToexplorethefectofdevelopmentalcarenursingmodelonthegrowthanddevelopmentoflowbirthweightinfants. MethodsFroApril22toApril4，7asesoflowbrthweightifantsreceiedbyheDeparmentofonatologtheFsfliaed HospitalfGaanMedialUniversityresleedsseachetseydvedintootrolou35ifantsndeatioou （35infants）ydomumberableetdTheotrolgoupeiedoutiusingndeeatiogouaedouteveloptalae nursingmodeonthebsisofroutineursingheneonatalgrowthanddvelopmentindexes（odyweight，odylengtheadcicerence） utiol）eal comparedbetwnthetorousResultseeightodylngthndeadifereceoftetogrouftesigegeateatoe beforursingndteigodgthndadiuferecfseatioopegreaterantoefeotolo. TheALBandHGBideesoftetwgoupsfteusigeeighertantoeeforeusingndthLdHGBindeesofeatio group were higher than those of the control group（ P< 0.05）.The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（O.05）.Tecompleteoalfedingtieandospitalizationtieinthebsevatiogroupwereshorterthantoseitecotolgoup（ P< 0.05）. ConclusionTveloptalareursigodelasdiitetinesigofowitheightifantsichcaprooteowt and development，improve their nutritional status，reduce therisk ofcomplications，and shorten therecoverytime.
