奥美拉唑联合内镜治疗消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血的效果及对止血时间、血常规指标的影响

Abstract：ObjectiveToevaluatetheefetofomeprazolecombinedwithendoscopyinthetreatmentofpepticulcercomplicatedwithuper gastrointestialmoadisftomostasisdloutiedeethssucuddtitsie complicatediuastrotetalmadidtJioutyitalofdiioalCedicifroJuly2Jly4 Participantswereradomlyalocatedviaaadomumbertableintotogoups：coroloupndasudygoupachomprisingpatints Patientsinthotroloupeiedepleetiletoseinthdoderwtdoidiotoeprlea ThetherapeutitosasisidoutiedoellutC）ondectios palpitationdalddosdioosota 74.19 % ，asignificantly higherrateof 96.77%was observed in the study group（ P <0.05）.Compared with the hemostasis time of the control group [（5.33±1.22）d]，that of the study group[（3.23±1.12）d] wasshorter（ P< 0.05）.Compared with the levels of RBC and Hb in the control group，those in the study group were higher（ P <0.05）.The study groupdemonstratedalower incidenceofadversereactions（6.45 % ）compared tothecontrol group （22.58 % ）（ P <0.05）.ConclusionForpatientswithpepticulcercomplicatedwithuppergastrointestinalhemorrhage，omeprazolecombinedwith endoscopictaotolpoecalfacytrtetostaisproetoutiededt increase the risk of adverse reactions.
