股骨颈骨折患者髓关节置换术后居家护理需求现状及其相关影响因素研究

Abstract：ObjectiveTaalyteurentstatusofomearedsofpatientsiemoalnckfracturfterieplacementnditselaed influencingctosetodstotalof6patientsiealckfracturedagosdndtreatedinouospitalfroMarch2ta5 wereselectedsalsdenteptellaeedtd curentstatusofoeedsUvatedateLgstegreoetluectofoe hipreplacementsultsotalofreesf6patitsieoalfrcueacement.so Therewereiitsddcll guidane，lifeursingfetyursingndpychgicalusingereasoiifcantdifereeintesosofoeareserp replacementin patientswith femoral neck fracture of different gendersand marital status（ P>0.05 ），while therewere significant differencesin the scoresoftilli time，complications，self-care ability and social support（ P <0.05）.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age，self-care ability， postoperativetialportelnducatietuegctosoaedsftitsialcruee hip replacement （ P<0.05 .ConclusionThehomecareneedsofpatientswithfemoralneck fractureafterhipreplacementareatahighlevelandare affetedbnctoAgefarebilityostopeieioialptlevenducaoeeluegctocal nursingstaffshouldcarroutindividualiedgudanceacordingtotheabovefactorstoiprovethepatient'shomecarekowledgeandselfmanagement ability，so as to promote the rehabilitation process and improve the prognosis.
